PRICING & PACKAGES

  • Pricing for agents is available on the Services page and directly on the booking page at order.nashmedia.co

    If you are not an agent, please fill out the form on the Contact page and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours (usually much sooner).

  • Yes — packages are available for agents looking to invest in additional media beyond ground photography.

    Whether you need drone, video, virtual staging, a 3D tour, or all of the above, there's an option for you.

  • You sure can.

    Through our partner company Titus, you can defer payment with $0 due upfront and rates starting at 0%.

    No impact on credit unless funds are not repaid after 6 months.

BOOKING & SCHEDULING

  • Bookings are made on order.nashmedia.co

    If it’s your first time booking, you’ll enter your name, email and phone number during the order flow which you can later use to sign in.

  • 'Pay at Close' will appear as a payment option after you click Pay & Submit.

    Complete a short application, get approved, and you're all set. Repay at closing plus a flat fee starting at 0%.

  • Stuff happens — I get it. There are no cancellation fees.

    I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible, ideally 48 hours, but life doesn't always work that way and I understand.

SHOOT DAY

  • Yes — I have a getting ready guide for agents and homeowners to help the listing show at its absolute best. I'll send this over in the confirmation email after you book.

  • Typically between 1–3 hours depending on the services needed.

  • Not at all.
    You're welcome to be there, but if you can't make it, no worries — I'll treat the property like I'm visiting your great granny's home. With respect, care, and attention to every detail.

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

    • Photos: next day

    • Virtual Staging: within 2 days

    • Videos/Reels: 2-3 Days after the shoot

  • You’ll receive an email with a link to sign in and download your media through the Spiro platform.

    You can sign in to your account at order.nashmedia.co and view your orders and media as well.
